Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

This 8-week online course will help you master meditation and make it a powerful part of your daily routine. I host weekly virtual classes and lead a one-day retreat near the end of the program.

Recommended Reading

Jon Kabat-Zinn is the creator of the MBSR program and author of many books on mindfulness. While I will provide a course manual separate from his book describing MBSR in detail, I do recommend having a copy of Full Catastrophe Living to deepen your studies.
