MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
A few times a year, I offer an 8-week online course designed to help you move beyond “trying” meditation to truly making it part of your life. Each week, we’ll gather for live, virtual sessions where I guide you through accessible techniques, practical tools, and gentle accountability to help you build a consistent practice.
By the end of our time together, you’ll not only understand the foundations of meditation — you’ll have the confidence, clarity, and commitment to make it a daily ritual.
Near the end of the program, we’ll come together for a one-day retreat, offering you the space to deepen your practice, connect with others on the same journey, and experience the restorative power of extended stillness.
Whether you’re brand-new to meditation or looking to refine your practice, this course will give you the skills and support you need to weave calm, focus, and presence into your everyday life.
